The conditions of return
The buyer has the right to refuse any Product after receiving the order in case of its damage during transportation and reasonable claims to the product quality. The request for a refund must be sent in writing with attached files photos or videos of fixing claims to the store's email address (email@example.com), indicating the order number, and the Product itself – to the seller's postal address, within 3 days after receiving the order, in the same way as it was sent to the Buyer-by Russian Post or CDEK service.
Money is returned to Buyer Bank card in full for the Goods, for delivery to the Buyer and return shipping to the Seller, within 3 working days after receipt of the Goods by the Seller.
Upon delivery by the CDEK service:
The buyer has the right to inspect the goods in the presence of the courier (or at the pick-up point) and refuse to receive the Goods, without explaining the reasons. The money paid by the Buyer for the goods and delivery of The goods to the Buyer is returned to the Buyer's Bank card within 10 days after the refusal to receive the Goods. In case of non-delivery of the goods or their loss, the Buyer has the right to demand (by submitting a written application) from the Seller the return of previously paid funds, or, at the request of the Buyer, the provision of identical Goods.
